08/03/2024: We really appreciated the quality of the dishes, which were carefully thought out and are in line with the prices charged. However, we were disappointed with the service we received during our lunch. Even though we were sitting in the center of the room, we felt neglected: the bread was not served when the dishes arrived, even though the initial one was finished; we had to ask for water three times. Furthermore, we ordered a dessert without any specification regarding the presence of alcohol, which is particularly important given that one of us is pregnant. When served, we immediately noticed the presence of Masala in the dessert, which was not declared. To our complaint, the staff's response was that we should have read the menu, despite there being no mention of alcohol. The wait to order coffee after the meal was also very long, with a delay of around 20 minutes. We were surprised and disappointed above all by the lack of specification regarding alcohol in the dessert, believing that it is essential to inform customers, especially when there is a delicate situation such as a pregnancy. Despite this, we recognize the quality of the dishes and would be willing to return if the service was more attentive and professional.
