Sopra Domodossola, se si ha voglia di percorrere un po' di strada montana, con qualche tratto anche sterrato, si può giungere all'Osteria della Tensa. Vi aspettano ottimi piatti che coniugano bene sapori anche ricercati a ingredienti della tradizione, porzioni corrette e un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La gentilezza del personale, unita alla vista spettacolare dall'alto sulla valle completano l'esperienza. Consigliatissimo. Unica nota da migliorare un poco, i tempi leggermente lunghi fra le portate.

Buon ristorante, cervo ottimo ma dolce surgelato.. la strada pare il gran canyon. Sinceramente non me la sentirei di ritornarci, a costo di non rifare quel sentiero

Restaurant located in a small village, with stone buildings that make it evocative and impactful. We had dinner outside the restaurant, fully immersed in the atmosphere of nature. Excellent meat, mushrooms, seasonal vegetables and desserts. The recommended wine is also excellent: Prünent!! Friendly and helpful staff.

14/02/2024: Like being at home. Genuine cuisine and cult cutting boards. Tables by the lake. Wide selection of wines also available to take away. The panzerotti are delicious, as are the pizzoccheri. Complete aperitif with gourmet dish. To try. 😋
28/11/2023: Bellissimo ambiente, scoperto su invito ad una festa di compleanno. Ottima cena e ottimo dopocena con musica dal vivo. Gestori simpatici e disponibili...è valso il viaggio. Ci ritornerò

02/04/2024: Sehrschoenes Restaurant, hell, beste Seesicht, gut eingerichtet, das Essen ebenfalls sehr sehr fein, Piemonteser Rind, Fisch aus dem See, grilliertes Gemuese vom feinsten, so macht ein Restaurantbesuch Spass.
25/11/2023: Restaurant located on the lake shore with a fabulous view, windows overlooking the lake for a unique view. Ample parking nearby (from 8am to 2pm for a fee). Friendly and helpful staff ready to explain the menu. The dishes offered have an oriental reference. The products used are good but in my opinion they are not used to their best advantage, there are flaws in the preparations that do not fully enhance their potential. I was also disappointed by the desserts, I took a pecan and raspberry tartlet but the mousse inside had no flavour. It's a shame because the location deserves a lot.
