All in all for what was spent I was satisfied we had a beautiful tour around the very beautiful town the beautiful fortress and we were here to eat I didn't feel burdened by the decent food 1 starter 1 first course 1 second course dessert and coffee all good thanks

Beautiful portion of an old farmhouse, once the stables, renovated and used for agritourism. Family-run, the welcome is excellent, accompanied to the table, where the menu was already present, consisting of various starters, first courses, second courses and desserts. The dishes were really excellent, including the cured meats made by them, with a note of merit for the salami and coppa. The cotechino with polenta, roots and beans is also really excellent. Finalmente un agriturismo dove posso scegliere cosa voglio mangiare, menù scritto a mano, benissimo, bravo cuoco, ambiente rustico ma pulito, prezzi modici, lo suggerisco

locale semplice, discreta accoglienza, porzioni non esagerate. Menu giustamente limitato ma disponibili a qualche variante. Qualche piatto andrebbe curato meglio (costine bruciacchiate). Ed una persona in più in sala non guasterebbe. Nel complesso una piacevole esperienza. Prezzi nella media.

Nell'antipasto un ottimo salame, un po' fresco,nel solco del cacciatore cremonese; simpatici gli assaggini. Due primi ottimi, una trippa scelta in cui non ho sentito la cotica, ma con un elegante garofano peraltro non necessario perché di profumo eccellente. I ravioli al brasato con un ripieno "poco brasato" ( vengo da Verona ed i Valeggio del Borsa annullano ogni altro possibile concorrente) però con un misto fra cui verdure e spezie mai assaggiato in vita e di una eleganza e personalità che neanche uno stellato....Di secondo il rolle' di pollo con un ripieno che ricorda i fasti del passato. Con le costine non ci siamo....meglio tornare alla cottura lenta in coccio....quando il passato ha dato il meglio e' presinzione pensare che le nuove tecniche siano alternative.....Il punteggio da 4,5 è meritato e sarebbe ingiusto danneggiare la media per un piatto concettualmente sbagliato e peggio servito.
