I had the opportunity to have lunch at S'Isca Manna and I was very satisfied with everything, a unique location I would say, I had a great lunch tasting unconventional dishes and the staff made an excellent impression on me, everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. I'll be back in a few months.

Ho organizzato a S’Isca Manna il mio pranzo di laurea con gli amici più stretti. Avevo in mente un pranzo in un ambiente familiare, in mezzo alla natura, all’insegna della condivisione e del buon cibo e le mie aspettative sono state decisamente superate. Consiglio vivamente!

Beautiful small company surrounded by greenery and olive groves, beautiful room with fireplace Good and different appetizers with fresh vegetables First courses with pasta made by them, both marolleddus and ravioli, top suckling pig! I really enjoyed the delicious and original sapa cake Excellent value for money! ❤️

Although the place is not very easy to reach, the farmhouse is comfortable with large spaces and parking outside. The food is quality and really good. The staff are extremely friendly and that's why they deserve 4 stars. Be careful, there is no signal so ask if they will let you connect to their Wi-Fi

11/02/2024: The difference usher for lunch, and a sensorial journey of flavors and combinations. I don't want to describe the dishes because they are all to be discovered. A pleasure for the palate. I will definitely come back.
07/02/2024: Finally I had dinner in the 'Fork' bistro part of the starred restaurant Dal Corsaro. They have an à la carte menu and a tasting menu (€70 I think). I chose 3 courses from the à la carte menu, culurgiones, pork capocollo and sbrisolona. Also abundant and delicious dishes, quality and fresh ingredients. The modern/classic contrast between the two rooms (bistro and restaurant) is very beautiful. I will definitely return to try the tasting at the Dal Corsaro restaurant. The staff were very friendly, especially the chef's mother was very welcoming and helpful.
