Abbiamo pranzato oggi previa prenotazione perché alcuni giorni è veramente difficile trovare aperti alcuni locali, posto semplice ma ben curato, cucina casalinga tutto fatto in casa come i cavatelli al ragù accompagnati da un buon bicchiere di rosso, prezzi convenienti e servizio cortese.

Today, by chance we stopped to eat at the Torre di Magliano farmhouse. The owner was kind and available to our every request. Quality ratio, fair price. The simple appetizer with vegetables and the very tasty fried courgettes and onion. The gnocchi with ragù taste of home with proprietary raw materials, the mixed roast, even if cooked on the griddle, was of good quality and very tender. The only handicap is that the wine is too robust for travellers😉. We will return soon with the family too.
