What can I say, the Brazier is always the Brazier. Formal, familiar, discreet, one of a kind. Ermes with his family maintains quality of materials and service. Freshness, authenticity and quality of the product make this place the right ingredients. Enjoy your meal ! Ah yes, the price is normal!!!

Siamo stati in questo locale a Febr. 24 con amici. Parcheggio esterno buono. pulizia del locale buona, forse un pò meno i bagni. Menù ricco e curato. Personale gentile . Prezzi nella norma per cibo di qualità.

The best carbona I've eaten in recent years. Al dente spaghetti, super crunchy bacon and excellent pecorino which was refined throughout. Come and flock there!

Sono stato a cena in questo locale con colleghi di lavoro. Il menù non era alla carta, quindi non posso giudicare l'offerta in tutta la sua completezza. Per quanto ho potuto constatare quindi posso affermare che la qualità del cibo è molto buona ma le porzioni sono scarse soprattutto per i primi. Vengono serviti nei piatti che fanno tanta scena ma poi il contenuto è scarso.. Per esempio i gnocchi erano 9 di numero... Di secondo la tagliata era veramente buona ...servizio ottimo Non posso dare un giudizio sul prezzo perché la cena era offerta

My company and I went for a retirement dinner, had a great meal, super place but what made the difference was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Super!!! Well done!! If I were to organize an event I will certainly return there because success is guaranteed!! Thank you so much for your patience!!!

05/02/2024: I booked lunch 2 months in advance and it was worth it. The room is small but comfortable and clean. Our group was received with courtesy and sympathy. As a welcome we had a bottle of very good Dry prosecco. The food was excellent! Especially the polenta with cheeses was phenomenal. I really liked knowing that the menu is based on local products of each season. The red wine that accompanied lunch was light and left a good taste on the palate without disturbing the flavor of the meal. We ended lunch with coffee and coffee killer; a grappa with a clear and pleasant flavour. Prosecco, wine and grappa are local products. All this was accompanied by the kindness of the owners, husband and wife. From the music and joy of all the guests present who, despite not knowing each other, shared the desire to have fun all together. Overall the price is right.
