Al Cinghiale Snc di Loisi Michele & Copersito Nicolina In Polla

I was traveling and as it was lunch time we decided with my husband to look for a place nearby, we went out to Polla and we were intrigued by a sign for "the wild boar" we followed the signs and found ourselves on a mound dominated by a convent dedicated to S. Antonio. A beautiful view and a delightful little village 😍 we entered this place with an interior made entirely of stone and a wooden roof. A rustic environment, but not too much, with windows that let you admire the surrounding panorama. We were immediately welcomed with kindness (in many places they no longer know what kindness is!) We took advice from the dining room staff and had a wonderful meal. Generous portions, all food made fresh and not reheated or pre-cooked. They brought us some bread that was still smoking because it had recently been taken out of the oven. We had an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, 2 first courses and 1 steak with potatoes, smoked scamorza and potatoes. All truly exceptional. Excellent experience from the food to the kindness of the owner I was traveling from Palermo to Rome, I decided to exit the motorway to have lunch with my family, a decision to be repeated!!!!

La vista è spettacolare; d'estate cenare all'esterno rende il tutto migliore. All'interno all'ambiente è casalingo; la qualità delle pietanze è la motivazione principale per la quale il cliente tende a ritornare. La pizza a metro con la sua alta digeribilità e bontà unisce amici e parenti specialmente se si vuol restare nel calore di casa.

Tutto veramente ottimo con vista mozzafiato

Cena per due buono l'antipasto, ottima la carne (maiale) come secondo.

Un meraviglioso belvedere fa da cornice a questo ristorante a pochi passi dal Santuario di Sant'Antonio, che diventa davvero suggestivo la sera a cena. Il personale è stato davvero gentile, alla richiesta di cambiare posto sul belvedere, ci ha accontentato senza problemi. Il servizio inoltre è stato veloce, nonostante la grande affluenza. La scelta del menù è varia ed invitante. Abbiamo assaggiato la selezione di salumi, formaggi e prodotti di stagione dell'Antipasto Sant'Antonio, abbondante e ottimo. La medaglia d'oro va alla loro carne, che sia in insalata (vitellino con rucola, scaglie di grana e aceto balsamico) o alla brace (costata di vitello o cima di vitello), è tenera, di qualità superiore e preparata in modo perfetto. Da provare assolutamente.

Ero nelle vicinanze di Polla per lavoro, e ho pranzato in questo ristorante. Ho scelto le pappardelle alla lucana con salsiccia sbriciolata. Devo dire eccellenti. A seguire una tagliata di manzo con patate a forno. Tutto molto buono, prezzo giusto. Consigliato.
