Al Fogolar In Bussolengo

Extremely happy to have tried this place. The staff/owner is fantastically kind, always ready and super efficient. Zero meter products, super good, local and local. I highly recommend their charcuterie board with hot, crunchy polenta. The meat is something wonderful and is cooked to perfection. I honestly have two regrets; the first for not having taken photos to put below for the dishes and the second for not having been able to try their first courses. Surely, I don't know when, we will definitely return and this time I will want to give myself the right amount of time to taste everything. Recommended for anyone who wants to feel full not only with their stomach but also with their head. Warmly recommended. PS I recommend booking because the place is likely to be full and afterwards you should leave with your mouth watering for the missed opportunity.

We were invited to the restaurant by chance and were enchanted from the first moment. The food was simple but extremely tasty. Very familiar and nice staff! We'll definitely be back!

Friendliness, kindness and delicious meat..

Excellent Florentine steak cooked on the embers in the fireplace in the living room. Fair price considering the quality of the food. Really small place, for the quality they offer they deserve a better place.

Non è una ristorante da giacca e cravatta ma poco importa perché in posti del genere il calore e il mobilio all’”antica” rende il tutto più bello. Posto piccolo con una griglia a vista dove è possibile ammirare mentre ti arrostiscono la tua fiorentina . Carne di un la qualità assurda ti si scioglie in bocca. Una cena per due con 1,5kg di Fiorentina due calici, patate al forno e amari offerti totale 120€. Consigliatissimo sopratutto in gruppo. Menù corto dove bisogna assolutamente provare la Fiorentina. Belli anche gli antipasti

Ristorante di carne molto buono. Piatti ottimi a prezzi onesti. Buona selezione di vini anche al calice. Personale molto gentile ma servizio un po' troppo lento.
