Insomma l'antipasto che non convince del tutto Insomma il servizio che è poco attento Buono il vino scelto , ma servito così maleeee Insomma la carne , tanto decantata e per niente entusiasmante. Siamo stati al pachino per una cena con amici abbiamo preso il menu degustazione con un ricco antipasto di affettati e formaggi accompagnato da composte e burri aromatizzati squisiti. Poi siamo passati alla bistecca veramente eccellente, tenera e saporita… abbiamo concluso con il dessert una mousse ai lamponi con cioccolato bianco e meringhe molto golosa… il locale è molto carino ed il servizio cortese ed attento… complimenti torneremo sicuramente …

04/04/2024: The food and appearance met all my expectations. One point to improve on is service. I had to keep keep getting waiters attention through out the evening as they were not checking in on us and we were the first guests to arrive.
03/04/2024: The pizza is truly perfect, one of the best I've ever eaten. The dough is excellent, the crust is high but soft and the toppings are also of high quality. The staff is friendly and above all very quick in preparing. The prices are slightly high but totally understandable for the quality of the food and the location, in fact the restaurant is located 200 meters from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Strongly recommended!

24/03/2024: Wonderful, wonderful place. If you are into natural wine and you happen to be in Pisa , that's the place to be. The wine choice is really good, people there are knowledgeable, food is of a great quality and locally sourced. You get the personal service at the highest level,l. In all the youth craziness of Pisa, that's your place for quality.
