At Paese di Fiaba, a delightfully furnished and spotlessly clean place, welcomed us with extreme kindness when the kitchen was closing, around 3pm, after we called them to ask for "emergency" availability following a disastrous organization of the Easter Monday lunch at another business. They were delicious. Kind, thoughtful, they quickly set up two tables for us and another group with children in the same situation as us. They presented us with a very varied and inviting menu even though they had stated that many ingredients were finished given the time: the result is that we ate very well, served quickly, spent the right amount, served by two kind, friendly and above all professional waiters. We will return, because this is a place where customers feel pampered by both the food and the service.

Only 3 negative comments on the numerous dishes tried. Piedmontese appetizer that was too sweet and sour, savory pie with pastry that was "too moist" (the crunchy part is missing), tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms that lacked a bit of punch. Dishes in general, a little bland. Having said that, let's move on to the praise... very tender veal with tuna sauce and a balanced sauce, excellent tagliolini with ragù and perfect ragù, juicy and tasty sliced ​​veal. We will definitely be back!
