It's not the first time I've eaten at Al Poeta, my family and I have been frequenting the restaurant in the Posillipo area for years. Today we had lunch for two and the bill seemed excessive for 1 starter (pan-fried artichokes), 1 first course (spaghetti with octopus), 1 dessert (chocolate mousse), 1 bottle of water, half a bottle of Falanghina wine and a turbot for 2 people. The fish is fresh but overall the value for money seems disproportionate to me

I was in this restaurant yesterday. I have to admit that I had a good time. Good food and good service. Maybe the price is a little exaggerated but I'll be back. Nice location and good environment

Si mangia abbastanza bene, il servizio è molto freddo anche se è attento. €3 per il coperto mi sembrano francamente eccessivi anche il resto dei prezzi non è economico.

Posto noto a Napoli per la cucina tradizionale e di buona qualità. Anche stavolta non posso negare che tutto era gustoso, in particolare uno splendido souté di vongole e alici fritte molto saporite. Sono rimasto quindi sorpreso da ricevere un piatto di scialatelli con frutti di mare con taratufi chiaramente ancora sporchi di sabbia. Non credo che un posto di alto livello come questo possa permettersi errori così gravi.

24/03/2024: It is the perfect place to enjoy genuine cuisine. Portici is my favorite place. Every time the menu changes and the Chef's inventiveness surprises. Don't miss the first courses. I also really appreciate the house wine. I'll post some photos to give you an idea. Excellent quality-price relation. I like to underline the courtesy of the owners and the availability of the service.
01/03/2024: I live in Turin but the Locanda is a point of reference every time I am in Portici!
