The raw materials are rustic, the dishes derive from the rustic Tuscan tradition and beyond, the portions are "rustic" in quantity and the environment is also basically "rustic". However, everything is reworked and embellished by the experience and excellent taste of the chef and all the staff. This is found in particular combinations of flavours, in the cooking methods, in the choice of some raw materials, in the presentation of the dishes themselves up to the choice and placement in the environment of small and refined decorative gems waiting to be discovered. Everyone is friendly but never "baroque" and this also increases the perception of familiarity and "warmth" that you can breathe in there. A real gem to be savored!

Really had a great dinner. Homemade tagliolini with exceptional wild boar ragú. The owner is very kind and helpful, finding solutions even for those with celiac disease (not serious). Absolutely recommended!!!

Abbiamo ( io e mio marito) mangiato sabato a pranzo. Antipasti :alici marinate -ottime e arrosto freddo con rucola -ottimo. Poi un piatto di pici con cinghiale e io il tonno in crosta di pistacchio. Tutto eccellente , un tocco particolare ma non quel sofisticato che toglie il gusto. Il chef super gentile e affabile , il posto molto carino , un po’ al fresco , il conto assolutamente adeguato.
