Very good food and very nice place.
The only flaw is that the waiter didn't warn us that the kitchen was closing and we couldn't eat the dessert we wanted...
Tip for the waiter: when the kitchen closes, diners are always notified (by doing this you might even be able to sell something more)

Always had a great time in all these years... I recommend not going on a Saturday evening as the times are much longer and the quality of the ingredients is less controlled (I took my usual Lolita on the last Saturday and there was a rancid stracchino on top and with a lumpy consistency).

Wow! Tagliatelle with truffles. We recommend. The meat was also on point, as was the spaghetti with garlic and oil. Fantastic!

I had a great time, well-furnished environment, excellent lighting, beautiful and courteous waitresses, correct bill, delicious pizza, leavened dough, and you can feel it, in the correct way and at the correct times. I haven't had a chance to see the oven, but the product is excellent. To try. We will definitely be back.

Also in this case, what follows is the result of one (or more) personal experience without any disparaging or advertising purpose.
Fantastic place for everything: location, staff, quality and variety of the menu.
I'll start from the only flaw so as to leave it behind: the parking. It's not always easy to find a place as there is a large influx, there are few places and then there is always some idiot who thinks he is the only one in the world and does as he pleases.
Once you enter, you are welcomed into a warm, very refined, clean environment, decorated with any kitchen tool and not hung everywhere, clean and dating back to our grandparents (kettles, spades, hoes and so on and so forth). There are many diners, so shouting reigns supreme but, as there is no music even in the background, you can chat if the table does not exceed 4 people.
The menu is spectacular and, contrary to what happens when you are faced with menus containing everything and more, here everything is really good: I ate first and second courses from land and sea and, last but not least, the pizza and I have never left dissatisfied.
Good choice of wines (Valpolicella, given the area) and homemade desserts, all at adequate prices: for the sake of consistency, I don't deny that the cover charge always makes me turn up my nose because I consider it an absurd and unjustified tax but this fails to impact the overall outcome of the visit.
The waiters are all disarmingly kind and professional: I don't blame the others but Silvia remains my favourite.
Compliments to the managers and, of course, to the chefs whose work is truly an art especially here.

Siamo stati molte volte, molto spesso negli ultimi anni in questo posto , sia in compagnia con amici in coppia in famiglia ... recentemente è scaduto molto sia per qualità del cibo che per rapporto qualità prezzo . Spiace molto per il personale che è sempre gentilissimo disponibile molto preparato puntuale ma evidentemente gli "ordini di scuderia" sono al risparmio sul cibo ! Abbiamo notato decadimento della materia prima , uno scadimento della cucina , le pizze non sono più quelle di un anno fa (sono diventate gommose con il bordo gommoso e gli ingredienti sono meno curati decisamente ) , la carne nemmeno (la costoletta di agnello sono arrivate pressoché immangiabili nervosissime e quasi fredde ) i primi sono un po' buttati nel piatto senza quei sapori di un tempo. Perfino il vino della casa è scaduto (rosso schiumoso nella caraffa! con ottime cantine a due passi non si giustifica ...) Sempre ben fornita la carta dei vini, ma se il cibo è massimo mediocre non serve il buon vino ... Spiace, non si sa il motivo, forse la fama dà l'illusione di vivere di rendita, forse l'aumento dei prezzi ha imposto un risparmio selvaggio sulla qualità, ma ora il locale non è più attraente come lo era fino a 1-2 anni fa.

Assolutamente da provare la Rosa di salmone fumè e burrata su mosaico di verdure al sesamo nero. Location carina e rustica.
