From a culinary point of view it is the best restaurant in Pantelleria, with incredible and innovative dishes and combinations of flavours. There is no fixed dish but it changes often, as the chef wants you to taste the best raw materials of each season. It also offers a varied selection of local and non-local wines... In short, more than a restaurant, I would define it as an experience, which anyone who comes to Pantelleria must absolutely try.

We spent our last evening in the restaurant. The food has been amazing and really nice decorated. Art! It was fun, delicious and a great vibe. Oscar was a great host, honored to met him.

Avevamo grandi aspettative, viste le recensioni, le foto dei piatti ma purtroppo non è stato così. Location super x quello meriterebbe il massimo dei voti. Personale gentile, il proprietario, va beh che deve vendere il suo prodotto, ma si incensa un po' troppo. I piatti sono del tipo "vorrei ma non posso. Accostamenti azzardati che vanno a coprire i sapori del pesce, che è sicuramente di prima qualità e cotto bene, secondo me occorre una riflessione e forse un passo indietro. Cioè far tornare il pesce l'elemento principe del piatto. Mi spiego la tagliatella di seppia di per sé buonissima ma persa nel mare del nero, della scamorza affumicata e sovrastata dal riccio. Purtroppo così anche il resto della cena. Per finire con un conto importante!! Quello che ho scritto non è x denigrare ma per far riflettere.

We have been in Pantelleria for almost a week, we went out to eat every day, but with extreme honesty I can say that the dishes in this restaurant are the best I have tasted so far. And I believe they will remain so, given the quality, the goodness, the innovation, the imagination in the combinations of various flavors from sweet to savory, the friendliness of the owner and the enchanting peace and beauty of the view offered to our eyes by the sea of ​​this beautiful island that surprised me. I will remember this lunch, and we will return for dinner before we leave. Thanks to the “At Sunset” restaurant for transporting us on this unforgettable little culinary journey. Before leaving the island we decided to treat ourselves to our last dinner in this restaurant, always with the same satisfaction, always with the same amazement. Excellent quality dishes, elegant plating, but above all quality in the raw materials and hospitality. Thank you so much for these memories🌹

Excellent experience, starting from the service and the environment. Excellent food and correct price for both workmanship and raw materials. The only note is that the same sauces are used several times in the dishes (see orange sauce, almond cream and pesto) which, although excellent, risk being redundant.
