We've been to the dinner restaurant NIN, which offers fine dining experience, consisting of fixed menus with either 9 or 12 courses. The chef is specialized on molecular kitchen and has mastered his profession with Ferran Adria.
The result is an interesting journey through the evening. Putting in a nutshell - interesting, nothing to regret, but we wouldn't repeat it.
The concentration of all the ingredients to it's core taste did work sometimes and sometimes it did not. The staff was brilliant and really tried to enhance our experience but somehow the corresponding ambience was missing; it still was the same room we had our daily breakfast in.
And, let's be honest, the price was quite remarkable. At half the price we would have been able to enjoy typical Italian food a couple of hundred meters away.
