01/04/2024: A confirmation for all the times I pass by Madonna di Campiglio. Known through "4 restaurants" it has now become a fixed point. The “1550” is spectacular and an explosion of flavors in the mouth. Ribs with BBQ sauce are the perfect side dish; but this time it was the tartare with its marrow that won 🎉 Poetry for the palate. Very good meat products. The only flaw: I would have chosen a different product for the olive oil, perhaps the one from Garda which is fantastic. I will definitely go back. Thank you
