I remembered an old rustic trattoria and instead I find myself in an elegant restaurant with a pleasant mix of ancient and modern. Although the menu is mostly meat-based, there are options for those who don't eat it, such as excellent ricotta and spinach ravioli and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. The scamorza are perfect, two strung on a skewer and cooked by the owner in the beautiful corner fireplace that characterizes the main room. There is certainly great care in choosing the products. A place to definitely return to also enjoy the cheeses that are the protagonists of a succulent platter. For those who prefer quality to a ton of banality. Bonus spotless bathroom. Thank you!

we had never been to this restaurant and we left satisfied - the food is excellent: excellent grilled lamb and quality ragù - the only flaw is the coffee but it is not easy to find a blend that satisfies those who, like me, prefer it bitter

We had never eaten at this restaurant. It was almost lunchtime on a cold and rainy Sunday. Passing from outside we saw a very pleasant and inviting fire lit and so we entered. A polite gentleman welcomed us, anticipating that his son would come immediately to take the orders and so it was. First of all, when he arrived, he brought us a tasting of an amazing oil and shortly after, we asked him for advice on both the wine and the choice of meat as his preparation and experience in catering was highlighted. We did a great job trusting him! Everything excellent! The room service girl was also very nice in her manners and attentive to our requests. I would definitely define it as a restaurant where you can enjoy traditional but also gourmet dishes! They offer refined products, local excellence and more.

We have been to this restaurant twice, I must say that the atmosphere is very welcoming, we tasted both the first courses and the meat and I must say that it deserves the 5 stars given! The very kind and knowledgeable owner knows how to describe each dish in the best possible way. Surely if we happen to Tagliacozzo again we will definitely return!! Super recommended 🔝

C Ero già stato ma l impressione mi è sembrata la stessa. Ottimo in tutto. Buonissimo il cibo, il servizio è l ambiente, peccato che nn c'era posto Nella sala col camino ma senza prenotazione già tanto che ci hanno fatto sedere. Il proprietario non che CAPO BRACE nel senso che arrostisce le carni alla brace fa' anche da Cicerone per i piatti. Formaggi e salumi eccezionali. Pasta alle castagne buonissima. Un piccolo appunto se gradito. La scamorza al miele buonissima ma si fredda quasi subito perché il piatto non tiene il calore. Comunque nell' insieme merita 5 stelle almeno le Mie

Cena su suggerimento di un amica, l oste è stato estremante ospitale. Ci ha deliziato con un calice di benvenuto . Primi favolosi . Caminetto a vista . Vasta scelta di vini , consigliatissimo .
