It's really hard to beat the atmosphere of this restaurant. The interior has some beatiful rustic decor, and features huge barrels repurposed at banquettes or tables, old solid wooden seating and partitions, and authentic country-life paraphernalia. The lighting is soft and inviting too. Food-wise I have always only had pizza and I find the menu extensive and not limited to the usual-suspects. I am not completely enamoured with the crusty pizza, which always comes with quite a thick border. I guess that's the Neapolitan style but I am a Northerner and prefer more room for the toppings rather than the crust. However, the dough is very well made and well cooked. The dessert options are also very tempting and usually don't disappoint.

Very good! The place is always full. I recommend booking in advance and having the patience to wait because it's worth it! I had a plate of raw gnocchi and green pepper, exceptional! I can't find any other word to show my satisfaction!

Excellent place with good food. I have celiac disease and I found a good choice of both first courses and pizza on the menu. I will definitely come back.

Excellent pizza, the place is nice and the service is excellent.

The atmosphere and the rustic environment are beautiful, with thick wooden tables and "old-time" tools hanging on the walls and ceiling. The pizzas are excellent, with a soft and thick dough (yes, we like them that way, but if you want them thinner we suggest you let the waitress know). Quick and courteous service. They have ample parking at the back of the venue. For us, it is the pizzeria that is now the "fixed appointment" for family birthdays. Recommended place!
