AMA takes you on a trip to Emilia Romagna for its delicacies, the tigelle in all the sauces of various flavors and colours, then it takes you to Sicily with the dish for me The Best - the trenette with prawns and pistachio granola, then takes you to Veneto with an infinite variety of risottos, we continue with the sublime sliced ​​tuna, or the Vicenza-style cod... and the desserts that seem to have come from Maestro Massari's pastry shop. Being celiac, they confirmed that there was the possibility of first and second courses with gluten free products, but to my great surprise, they told me that tigelle made by them were also available, again gluten free. I must say that they were excellent, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and not "chewy". They were brought to me separately and closed in a bag. They also paid attention to the cold cuts and gave me instructions on the sauces that could contain traces of gluten. A beautiful experience to repeat. Better to book because it is quite crowded.
