The Canestrari butcher's rotisserie is located in the Foro Anonario of Senigallia, it is a sort of self service, you order and collect it, you can eat inside or outside, the food is still excellent, the meat and fish are of high quality

Senigallia si è rivelata una città piena di sorprese, veramente bella da visitare. Poi siamo arrivati nella zona del Foro Annonario all'ora di pranzo e abbiamo deciso di mangiare in questo posto. Titolare gentile e simpatico sempre pronto alla battuta, abbiamo mangiato bene e speso il giusto. Ottimo.

Senigallia turned out to be a city full of surprises, truly beautiful to visit. Then we arrived in the Foro Annonario area at lunch time and decided to eat at this place. Kind and friendly owner always ready to joke, we ate well and spent the right amount. Optimal.

I came with friends to this little place in the food court of Senigallia, I had never been. I ate an appetizer of mixed cured meats, veal steak and drank a red conero. Excellent food, special meat.
To conclude we had tiramisu and tart. Everything genuine and homemade.
The management is family-run, the boss is too nice. Truly recommended. You're good! Big. We will return.

Informal but welcoming place, good food, reasonable price.
The welcome is pleasant, the atmosphere is pleasant without great pretensions, I recommend it for a lunch in Senigallia, although it is based on meat I also recommend the fish dish😜

Great place for lunch a stone's throw from the seafront. Very welcoming staff, we were really satisfied when we asked for a place for the stroller despite the somewhat limited spaces. The mixed grilled meat and pasta are excellent.

L'"Antica Macelleria Canestrari" a Senigallia è una piacevole sorpresa in posizione centrale. Offre piatti gourmet e ricercati, tra cui ravioli cacio e pepe con robiola e rapa rossa e tagliatelle al ragù che ci hanno deliziato. La bruschetta con pomodorini e origano come antipasto è stata graditissima. Il personale è gentile e cordiale, mentre i prezzi sono davvero convenienti (solo 24€ per due primi e due bottigliette d'acqua da 0,5 litri). L'unico aspetto negativo è la disposizione dei posti, un po' troppo vicini tra loro, ma crea un'atmosfera conviviale condivisa con gli altri ospiti. In definitiva, una gemma nascosta per chi cerca autenticità culinaria a Senigallia.

Cene di coppia con un abbondanza di cibo estrema, i piatti sono enormi, economici e con un rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero buono!
La location, al interno del foro annonario, è molto suggestiva, i camerieri sono simpatici e veloci e la cucina con buoni sapori.
