What to say? Pure homemade culinary art. The menu is a metaphysical experience of tastes where quantity and quality abound in a manual way. The local production of cheeses and cured meats offer a highly refined and studied tradition. The staff is kind and wise. I recommend it for lunch without a doubt. I'll put a little note for customers who go and which I think will also please the owner: bring a debit card or cash as credit cards sometimes don't work.

A New Year's Eve in a typical mountain restaurant very different from what I have always frequented, a very Spartan place but the cuisine is the real gem of this place from the appetizers of typical cured meats and cheeses to the first courses, second courses, desserts and wines all skilfully prepared by the managers who are also very welcoming and make you feel at home! Just one note to make as on this day of celebration it was a must that there was a television for the countdown and in my opinion it could also be modernized a bit but I absolutely recommend it!

Gianfranco and his family are a true force of nature. It feels like being at their home. Nice, welcoming and very good. The cured meats are unsurpassed and the rest is no exception. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended. Especially if with a company like today's.

A typical mountain tavern if there is one. We stayed with some friends and from the moment we arrived we felt at home! The owner with his wife and children are the managers of the place, all super kind, helpful and nice! A tip: skip the other meals of the day, because for only €50 they will fill your stomach with several delicious courses, from appetizers of fresh home-made cured meats to homemade desserts prepared by them! We will definitely be back, but first a marathon to burn off!!!

Cerchi una trattoria tipica? Sei a dieta e vuoi mangiare poco, vuoi scegliere, sei schizzinoso? Non andare qui!! Locale molto spartano con cucina della nonna di montagna Il menù è fisso, decide l'oste cosa ti porterà, come dice lui questa è un esperienza, differente! non puoi scegliere ma ti viene portato tutto, dall antipasto fatto da salumi fatti da loro, 2 tipi di salame e coppa, pista ad grass, chisolino piccolo ottimo, gorgonzola, lardo, torta salata davvero troppo salata di zucchine. Primi pasta al forno cannelloni o crespelle ricotta e besciamella, risotto salsiccia e radicchio, completamente crudo non è piaciuto a nessuno, pisarei a faso' che a dispetto dell aspetto erano molto saporiti, il migliore dei primi. Secondi: carpaccio di viellone, battuta di manzo, una porzione x 4 ma se chiedete ve ne portano ancora un po, capriolo,asciutto, pochissimo,2 cubetti, con polenta, coppa servita solo ai mariti,noi eravamo in bagno ma gia sazie. Tavolo con vari formaggi per finire il pranzo. Dolci: tiramisù e torta tipo sbrisolona bocciati torta di mele e crostata di frutta. Nocino e limocini, caffè, vino rosso di 4 tipi e calice di bianco con i dolci. Esci che esplodi!!! Piu che un pranzo è un all you can eat sui monti. Conto a persona 50,00 solo contanti

Quando la passione per il cibo e la ristorazione fanno davvero la differenza. Gianfranco, sua moglie in cucina e suo figlio Stefano sono impagabili. Cibo genuino, tutto di loro produzione, dalla carne alle uova, al pane e alla pasta. Un paradiso di sapori. Salumi eccezionali, pomodori finalmente come dovrebbero essere, primi raffinati, carne gustosissima, polenta cotta al momento con selvaggina cucinata perfettamente e poi formaggi di ogni tipo, serviti con marmellate, miele e salse ad hoc. Simpatia, famigliarità e competenza. Cosa chiedere di più? Grazie di esistere!
