Amazing food and atmosphere. Went to Italy for my honeymoon and this was the best restaurant of the whole trip.

Typical trattoria with traditional Romagna products. Nice and welcoming environment. Courteous staff. Fully recommendable.

Es gab keine Speisekarte und das ganze Menü wurde uns vom Chef des Hauses vorgestellt. Wir wählten je eine Vor- und eine Hauptspeise und bekamen für die Wartezeit vorab noch eine Auswahl an fantastischen Antipasti angeboten, die wir uns nicht entgehen ließen. Da diese und auch die sehr guten Vorspeisen (Lasagne und Kürbisnocken mit Gorgonzola) sehr reichhaltig waren, wären wir eigentlich schon satt gewesen aber der Hauptgang war schon unterwegs. Auch das Rind in Rotweinsauce und das Schwein in Speckkruste war wirklich hervorragend zubereitet. Da wir wegen der fehlenden Menukarte keine Preise wussten, waren wir beim Bezahlen auch positiv überrascht über den fairen Preis, vor allem die Weinflasche war kaum teurer als sie im Einkauf zu finden ist. Man hat hier wirklich den Eindruck, die Gastwirte arbeiten in erster Linien mit Leidenschaft für ihren Beruf und nicht für den Profit. Danke für den schönen Abend!

We visited this restaurant on a Wednesday evening, even though it was a quiet night, service was attentive and quick. We enjoyed everything from beginning to end: appetizers were fresh and wonderful, we ordered 3 pasta dishes and thoroughly enjoyed the homemade taste and quality, the main course was suckling pig for 3; the meat fell off the bone and the skin was crispy…everything was extremely well executed. We had a wonderful meal and definitely a highlight of our Bologna trip.

Sono stato poco fa a cena in questo locale con un'amica. L'arredamento è rustico chic e crea una atmosfera calda ed accogliente. Il locale lo conosco da sempre perché è a fianco di un cinema che frequento molto. Una volta tanto tempo fa avevo anche già pranzato qui bene, ma tanto tempo fa. Stasera ci sono tornato volentieri per una cena sublime. Ho preso le lasagne con patate e porcini e poi uno stinco di maiale con le mele. La mia amica ha preso lo stracotto al sangiovese su un letto di polenta. E, come dessert, un bianco mangiare con lemon curd. Attenzione: non c'è un menù scritto, i piatti del giorno vengono sciorinati oralmente dai camerieri. In alcuni questa modalità può creare un po' di sconcerto e disorientamento perché a volte si ha bisogno di leggere per capire che cosa si preferirebbe mangiare. L'altro aspetto che suscita perplessità è che senza un menù scritto non si conosce neanche il prezzo di quello che si ordina. Ma, niente paura: il conto è onesto e si può ordinare in tutta serenità anche ignorando i prezzi dei piatti.

Ambiente rilassante, personale molto cordiale, prezzi assolutamente in linea con la qualità e cura del cibo. Oltre al loro classico e sempre buono antipasto, abbiamo assaggiato 6 piatti diversi tra primi e secondi, uno più buono dell'altro, e con prodotti di stagione.
