Just beautiful. Traditional, welcoming and exceptional food. This is exactly the type of restaurant I love to find in Italy. Great staff, lovely owner. And a great wine recommendation - made in Avellino!

We liked the old-fashioned atmosphere, with linen tablecloths and appropriate cutlery, and the very friendly service, with the owner himself coming to take our orders. This is OLD Italy at its best. A taste of times gone by and if we didn't live in Rome we would go back often. Fresh, excellent quality food and a large cellar. We would go back just for this place.

Domenica scorsa sono stato con la famiglia… tutto più o meno nella media. Probabilmente il cuoco la notte aveva dormito poco. Eravamo in 11. Purtroppo, non abbiamo mangiato tutti contemporaneamente… tre o quattro piatti uscivano dopo che il resto aveva già finito. Per un ristorante con una stella Michelin, questo non dovrebbe accadere…

11/03/2024: There are no words to describe the familiarity of this tavern. I really felt at home! Excellent zero km home cooking! Mr. Carmine welcomed us with such warmth, as if we had known each other for 30 years. I'll be back soon!

Agriturismo Il Rivolo

03/02/2024: Il posto è carino, tranquillo. Ci sono altalene per i bimbi, un pony e due cagnoloni. Il servizio è gentile ed accurato. Dispongono di ottima materia prima come tartufi, fagioli, castagne, biscotti, olio locale peccato …..manchi l’esperienza culinaria. Il sugo del primo piatto era un navigare nel burro alquanto indigesto, le carni alcune buone altre dure, le patate troppo secche. Il potenziale per migliorare c’è ed è il nostro augurio.
