We were visiting old Caserta at lunchtime and decided to choose Mastrangelo... Excellent choice, very good dishes with attention to detail, very good service.... If you find yourself in old Caserta, stop by for lunch

Very nice location in the heart of Caserta Vecchia. Definitely try the walnut and pine nut tagliatelle, mouth-watering. Fair prices in relation to the quality

Buon ristorante posizionato nella piazza principale, fronte duomo. Prezzi onesti, buona cortesia del personale e titolare gentilissimo. Locale super consigliato che ci ospita da anni senza mai deludere.

In tour con un gruppo, ho apprezzato questo caratteristico ristorante che unisce storia, tradizione e cibo di ottima qualità. Location molto tipica e accogliente, servizio celere e ottimo, personale cordiale e sapori eccellenti.

02/04/2024: We have been frequenting this pizzeria for more than 30 years... and there must be a reason.
27/12/2023: I had a complete lunch on the occasion of a family celebration and I must say that I was really satisfied. A simple cuisine...genuine flavours...an excellent penne all'arrabbiata, the mixed grill exquisite. The location is very particular... suggestive... medieval... my kids were surprised. We will be back.

19/02/2024: As a couple we tried an appetizer tasting menu and finally a dessert each. 9 good quality courses, only the bao and the bun for the salmon tartare were slightly overcooked. The mousse was not a 100% mousse but good in flavor especially the raspberry. Kind and prepared waiters, also taking care to fill the glass or goblet when empty. Nice environment, open kitchen and display of bottles, the only flaw for me is very minimal and a little cold for me, but it's a matter of taste. 10% of the service increases the price of the final bill a little but I believe it is thanks to this that they manage to keep the tasting menu price lower. We'll be back to try their first or second courses.
15/02/2024: Michelin guide expectations respected, each ingredient enhances its dish to the nth degree, giving an explosion of flavor in every bite. Service worthy of a star, highly recommended
