Met on the radio (trs), I went there with my husband a week ago and we ate really well... Amatriciana with delicious homemade pasta, An excellent meat recommended by the waiter Giovanni accompanied by an excellent side dish of vegetables and potatoes ... all appreciated! Congratulations also to the girl whose name I don't remember, she was also very professional in welcoming and serving us!! To finish, a dessert recommended and produced directly by the chef... who came to the table carefully explaining the preparation of the dessert! What can I say, we will definitely be back.. Simply SPACIOUS!!! After listening to their advertisements on my favorite radio for 2 years, I decided to try what they call "the temple of meat". Let me start by saying that I am a Texan by adoption, and like many of my fellow citizens, my family's main business is the breeding and trading of meat, so I know a little about it. As soon as I entered, the thing that struck me most was the friendliness of the staff, the speed with which they fulfilled our requests and also the preparation in explaining the various items on the menu. Having said this, let's move on to the meal: EXCELLENT appetizers, with carefully selected ingredients which made the difference, well described by the waiter and much appreciated by us. Then we ordered the "pulled pork" served with a barbeque sauce even better than many tried in Texas, a place where it is decidedly superior to the Italian ones. The pulled pork was very tender, proof that it was prepared to perfection with the famous slow cooking. In addition to this, I also tried the mixed grill, which was also FANTASTIC, while the girls delighted in a hamburger each, which were also EXCELLENT. The desserts also deserve praise but certainly if I had to recommend this place I would do it for their meats. Prices vary based on the types of meat you choose, so you can spend little until you get to particular cuts that are decidedly expensive...but quality has its price (otherwise go to the restaurant with an M :) )! After having listed the main advantages of this restaurant, let's move on to the negative things: for lunch they are only open on Saturdays and Sundays. Oh, I forgot, like in any self-respecting meat restaurant the steak is served on a hot plate, probably made of cast iron (we didn't order steaks but I saw the waiters serving them to other tables). I conclude with the desire to return to try other meats that I did not try on my first visit. Update 02/12/2023 We returned to try other types of meat. I confirm all the impressions of the first visit, friendly and knowledgeable staff, exceptional starters etc. We ordered the "wagyu", meat from a Japanese cattle breed and the "Hereford Ireland", definitely among the best meats we have ever eaten. It was cooked at our table with a hot cast iron plate, the first and the second simply served at the table, always on a hot plate

Everything fantastic! From the food to the waiter/maitre/sommelier who recommended the perfect dinner and made us feel at home! We'll be back.

Very good meat with many choices, decent appetizers, friendly and helpful staff...some perhaps too resolute in directing the choices, but on Friday evenings we are in a greater hurry... Good value for money

Family dinner with two year old child. Very hospitable waiters, helpful and charismatic with the child. Very good food, top carbonara, and tender and tasty meat dishes. Light and delicious desserts. Cozy place, parking in front of the restaurant. Advised!

Cena tra amici, nonostante siamo andati un sabato sera e mi aspettavo il solito affollamento mi sono ricreduto, il locale è grande e spazioso e si sta molto comodi. consigliato soprattutto per la carne, molto gustosa e di alta qualità. anche i camerieri estremamente gentili e disponibili. il prezzo va detto che non è basso, ma è giusto in quanto è in linea con la qualità che offrono. da migliorare forse in generale gli antipasti. noi torneremo sicuramente

Ottimo ristorante, con amplia scelta di carne dall’eccellente qualità. Buona anche la carta dei vini; personale cordiale e molto preparato nella spiegazione delle carni Ottimi anche gli hamburger!
