We had been a few years ago and I have to say it has gotten a lot worse. Sunday lunch. Good flan starter. The first courses (gnocchi and agnolotti) were inedible. Raw pasta and tasteless sauce. We left everything on the plate and the waiter didn't even ask us why we left the food. The menu offers Piedmontese cuisine with the addition of sushi. Basic wine selection. As soon as we got to the checkout we said that the first courses were not inedible and at that point the cashier took a first course off our bill. Meh.

Disappointing lunch: watery agnolotti sauce, low quality mixed fried fish, mochi to avoid, etc. The third star goes to the service and the place.

Incredible tartare Villeto. Wonderful menu and helpful staff happy do give recommendations. I did not try the sushi but it seemed very good too!

Locale antico situato in galleria in piazza Castello, in un ex deposito di carrozze. Salone elegante e suggestivo. Cena di lavoro a base di piatti piemontesi. Molto buono il vitello tonnato, il risotto al castelmagno era troppo al dente, ottima la guancia di vitello brasata. Molto gradevole il dolcetto di Dogliani. Il servizio è stato cortese ma assai lento.

Ristorante che ogni volta non delude mai. Piatti di carne, pesce e soushi. Ambiante elegante e affascinante location. Servizio professionale e veloce.

17/03/2024: Fantastic, wonderful place. Eating, drinking, beyond expectations. Fabulous music, dancing on the tables and it was an amazing experience.
