Today 03/16/24, we celebrated retirement with friends, everything was very good: veal with tuna sauce and gypsy-style meat, excellent orecchiette, leeks and sausage, even the delicious bacon. Good wine and excellent service. Thanks Axel!!!

Perhaps the best place for business lunches in the Caraglio and Dronero areas. It also has a nice outdoor area. Absolutely recommended. The breakfasts are also excellent.

Stopped for lunch on a working day, I would say the first thing I noticed was excellent parking space, in a countryside setting with a view of a suburban location, the place is clean, the food is quite good, the waiters are friendly and the dishes are not exaggerated! but acceptable.. I would say a somewhat restricted menu due to the fact that it is created for each day... different from the day before.. however for a working lunch it is acceptable.

23/09/2023: Posto del cuore dove ritorno ogni volta che mi trovo a Campomolino (frazione di Castelmagno) e voglio farmi coccolare dalla cucina ottima, confortevole e delicata de La Susta. Quest'anno, oltre alla famiglia, abbiamo portato una coppia di amici, di cui Lui chef. Esame passato con grande entusiasmo, anche loro torneranno. Menu ricco, vino buono, servizio sempre impeccabile. Menu degustazione - con porzioni abbondanti, a differenza di altri posti - prenotazione obbligatoria perché la sala è piccola e il ristorante è gestito da 2 persone, atmosfera raccolta, familiare, calda e informale. Nota extra, quest'anno, la crostata fatta in casa di un livello pazzesco. Consigliato al 100% solo se: non siete maleducati e non pretendete di decidere voi come un piccolo ristorante tra le montagne debba essere gestito.
