The idea of ​​serving the hamburger with a pair of black gloves to enjoy it without getting your hands dirty is original. Even the proposal of the cut served directly on the plate was appreciated, allowing the meat to always be enjoyed at an ideal temperature, however I must point out the scarcity of the side dishes, with the baked potatoes served in an anonymous saucer of very small quantities and overcooked. Fair price.
