I have no words, I'm back after many years, fantastic location, expanded and highly refined menu, the beers are a spectacle. Highly recommended for a Sunday trip.

Beautiful venue with a large space both inside and outside.
The venue offers a wide variety of food and drinks. I particularly recommend the focaccia margherita and the Baladin cola.
Very fast and efficient service.
The kitchen opens at 6.30pm so I recommend arriving around that time, especially on holidays because on those days the place is very crowded.
Price slightly high.

Easter 2024 fantastic experience! We return after years to the new location. Impeccable food and service. Beers in great shape then an unexpected journey into beer experiments accompanied by Teo Musso available and affable as always!

My husband and I visited the brewery. With the story of the owner, Teo Musso, we were able to relive his journey. Man, entrepreneur, father and great mind. The brewery is really beautiful, equipped with a high-end system with great cleanliness and the magical touch, are the intense aromas of the aromas used. The visit is structured with an introductory part by Teo Musso lasting approximately 1.30 hours, then the visit to the brewery begins and ends with the tasting of the 1st beer chosen by Teo Musso who personally explains the characteristics of what is being tasted. Recommended for a quiet weekend, without children! It is possible to have lunch by making a reservation at the Garden Balladen. Outside there is also a playground.

Pub situato nel birrificio baladin che è anche visitabile
Location ampia con uno spazio esterno molto curato, sicuramente d'estate ha il suo fascino.
Abbiamo preso degli antipasti da dividere e devo dire tutti ottimi. Prodotti locali e tipici piemontesi
Come piatto principale ho optato per il bacon burger con cipolle caramellate alla birra e bacon croccante
Ovviamente come birra una baladin alla spina Nazionale. Sempre buonissima
In totale con dolce diviso e amaro abbiamo speso sui 32€ a testa
Prezzo giusto per qualità e quantità
Consiglio di andarci perché è veramente tutto ottimo

Locale ambientato in un’antica cascina all’interno della corte dove sorge anche il birrificio Baladin. Il cibo è ottimo e molto vario, la birra è la migliore che ci sia. Locale pulito e personale molto gentile.
