Inside the Central Market, Bambi is a place for non-picky people. Lampredotto, cheek, tripe but not only. Excellent products, they offer exceptional alternatives such as the "peposo" and the "francesina". Absolutely honest prices with a very high quality/price ratio: a sandwich with lampredotto, one with stew and two glasses of wine €15

Il miglior panino con lampredotto e il miglior panino con stracotto di guancia lo trovi al mercato San Lorenzio da BAMBI !!! il 🔝 🔝🔝🔝🔝 se andate a FIrenze questo è il posto giusto per gustare questi piatti tipici 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻consigliatissimo!!!

Best panino for adventurous eaters! The l’ampredotto practically melts in your mouth and the panino is best enjoyed fresh; too soon and the bread is too hard, but wait too long and it’s mushy and falls apart. Either way, every bite of the sandwich was delicious!

A Firenze per un pranzo veloce il panino col lampredotto è sempre la prima scelta. Oggi proviamo sia il panino che il peposo ma qui hanno anche tanta altra scelta. Panino buono con porzioni “giuste”, peposo apprezzato anche dai miei che sono intenditori del genere. Personalmente avrei gradito dei panini un po' più grandi e più farciti per godere un po' di più. Il mix salsa verde/rossa è il top.

Panino al lampredotto sublime, come da consiglio di chi serve, rigorosamente “completo”, con salsa verde e olio piccante…era la prima volta che lo assaggiavamo…da bisss!!! Ottima anche la ribollita, personale gentile ed educatissimo.
