28/01/2024: Walking through the alleys of beautiful Gubbio this morning we saw this restaurant and reading the menu we entered we were surprised by the typical location or rather location taken care of down to the smallest details music in the background that took us back to medieval writings apart from this we had wild boar ragù with fresh pappardelle made on the spot, seeing the lady cutting the pappardelle and not only everything in sight was a nice thing, agnolotti with truffle pork cheek accompanied by an excellent crescia and baked lamb a good wine and finally the good castagnole everything excellent Very normal price, friendly staff. I highly recommend it
