Despite its simplicity, the Aritico tavern bar is a beautiful reality from a gastronomic point of view that goes beyond the concept of a simple city bar.
Modest but well-made furnishings, few seats, quiet, simple and contemporary with good traditional Friulian restaurant dishes, in excellent presentation, which also includes traditional cold cuts produced by local companies. The desserts are good.
It is also possible to taste a good wine or a good aperitif accompanied by the classic cicchetti.
Very polite helpful staff.
Parking nearby and good prices.

Booked dinner through The fork during a business trip. It looks like a diner bar, but the cuisine is satisfying. Truly excellent platter of cured meats and cheeses and San Daniele cheese. Frico with polenta less convincing, but still good. Classic desserts of substance. Ramandolo on the meditation wine list, excellent. A bit noisy, but definitely convivial.

Small tavern in the center of Udine. We ate the traditional herring from the ashes, in all the variations offered. Excellent. Small but welcoming environment. good food and excellent service. And it has been in Udine since 1600! Super!

In general the level of the dishes is good with a special note for the excellent tjarcons.
The place is nice but the seats are too close to each other.
Unfortunately there was a particularly noisy table, but it was still a pleasant evening.
An added value was the very kind and friendly waitress

Una bomboniera vicino al centro di Udine. Atmosfera calda ed avvolgente, cibo di ottima qualità, personale cordiale e preciso. Consiglio a tutti di provare!

Prenoto all'ultimo e mi accomodo su un tavolo ben distanziato. Scelgo un antipasto di San Daniele, gustono affettato molto bene.
Passo poi ad un frico con polenta: sul menù è scritto per 2. Quindi chiedo alla gentilissima ragazza che serve ai tavoli se non lo fanno per uno. Alla fine lo ordino e... lento e inesorabile lo finisco. Uno dei migliori.
Due calici di rosso e un amaro speciale.

Ottimo ristorante. Piccolo, accogliente e curato. Personale e cuoco gentilissimo. Piatti molto gustosi. La scelta non è vasta ma i piatti della tradizione sono cucinati molto bene.
