I took a cake "on the fly" from those already ready on display..... the result was excellent!! Excellent quality products, delicious flavour. Really satisfied. I'll be back for sure

Ristorante Rifugio Cavone

07/04/2024: place frequented by those who visit the horn at the stairs and by bikers. In front of the entrance is the beautiful Cavone lake. I find the first courses, especially the dry pastas, mediocre, both in terms of pasta shapes and seasonings. I find it practical for drinking a beer and spending time chatting with friends. Prices not modest. Staff very stressed at times and hasty.
01/04/2024: After a nice trek to visit the Dardena waterfalls, the Carbone refuge was an oasis to refresh and warm up after the Easter rain. Mountain cuisine, we had wild boar and roe deer polenta and desserts, all excellent. Next trek from those parts we will return

12/05/2024: Great food Regular abundant quantity. .....and the bill is even (because even a small discount turns out to be good publicity to return)
28/04/2024: delicious food and honest prices. Too bad they are fascists!!! I say this because I heard the owner talking and I was very upset. Know that if you go to eat in this restaurant you are funding people who follow far-right ideals, which is why I will never return despite the excellent food.
