Bar Internazionale In Positano

It doesn't get more Italian than this bar. Perfect paninis and perfect coffees.

A small little bar with drinks, inside and outside seating, some snack food and a nice atmosphere full of locals. A good option if you’re travelling off season and there is nothing else open 😂

A small little bakery, deli, self order (service) bar, and shop. They have three tables outside at a busy cross street with a taxi stop and bus stop across the way. The people watching is great, the staff is friendly and the full bar is great. We only saw locals here so it’s great if you’re wanting a little more authentic feel. They also sell bus tickets.

Good place for a quick (very quick) stop or a grab and go. Location is very difficult for car holders to park, it's usually more famous among hikers on their back or from the path of god. It's small hence it gets crowdy. I ordered 2 salty croissants with ham and cheese and 2 espressos and they were good.

It is not uncommon for buses to not stop. I waited for 3 hours, but more than 10 buses passed by. It's not like making fun of people. The bus costs 2.4 euros and the ferry to Sorrento costs 16 euros, so don't feel bad about climbing to the top and take the ferry. Please ㅜㅜ

It can get quite busy in this area as it’s where at least 2 buses pass through (going up and down) to Positano centre. We initially passed it by, but given we had some wait time for the bus tried Bar Internazionle and it was excellent. It serves coffee, beers and Wine and has a great selection of pastries and a bathroom! It’s very much where the locals go. It’s no frills but you get a taste of the real Positano without all the Tourists! It isn’t Tourist free but it might be infra dig for some! Tourist tip: Across the street is a Tobacconist where you can buy bus tickets, which at the time of this review, are €1.30 each. Highly recommend.
