Gentilezza cortesia e soprattutto una porchetta da leccarsi i baffi ad un prezzo onesto. Capitati per caso ma se capitate dalle parti di Branca....fateci un pensierino

Bel posto, ottimi sia il pane che la porchetta, porzioni abbondanti. 6 euro a panino non è economico, ma la qualità c'è. Il gestore non dei più accoglienti, unico 'neo'... ma credo proprio che torneremo a fermarci, in futuro.

25/12/2023: Today, Christmas Day, we went to Spello al Trombone. Kindness and excellent service (despite the packed house), good food (amazing strangozzi both with black truffle and broccoli and sausage). Excellent value for money. To be recommended.
25/12/2023: The day before we went to Trombone with my wife and we found a welcoming place with excellent food. The strangozzi with truffle is recommended. I advise!
