Nostri amici ci hanno portato in questo locale al passo Redebus, in Trentino. Oggi il locale è piacevolmente rinnovato ma vanta una storia di accoglienza pluriennale come collegamento tra due valli. Il locale è accogliente con interni in legno e una bella area esterna. Molte sono le persone che parcheggiano in zona per passeggiate e funghi. Il personale è davvero cordiale e le preparazioni ottime (lo yogurt è fatto da loro). Dolci, taglieri sono ottimi e infatti 'spariscono' rapidamente. i prezzi sono ben equilibrati. Vale la pena si passare da lì e fare una sosta, anche golosa.

Pranzo ottimo, zuppa di orzo e dolci eccezionali. Personale gentile e simpatico. Tappa obbligatoria quando si è di passaggio!
