I gave 5 stars for the competence, kindness and precision with which the operator responded to me to resolve a return problem. Today I purchased a small bookcase in the Parma shop, a part was missing from the package. I contacted the returns service and a girl called Laura replied, kind is an understatement, competent, clear in explaining the path to follow, friendly and nice, truly the person one would like to hear on the other end of the phone. I'm waiting for the couriers with the new package, IKEA is really present, Laura is exceptional

Sarà una domanda impopolare, ma i cani DEVONO necessariamente entrare in IKEA? Probabilmente sì, sempre che i padroni si mostrino responsabili e in grado di gestire il proprio " animale". Vedere un cane che fa pipì su tappeti in vendita ed il padrone che finge di non accorgersene è grottesco oltre che schifoso.
