Wonderful little cafe bar with friendly and efficient staff. Very reasonable prices with a great selection of hot and cold drinks. I love going in for the freshly baked croissants and pastries in the morning and being greeted by the locals, who are really friendly and welcoming.

Lekkere koffie, latte machiato belegde broodjes. Broodje en koffie heb je voor 3,50, niet duur. Meesten spreken ook Engels en zijn vriendelijk.

20/03/2024: Wonderful, small hotel with a charismatic couple in the middle of the old town. The room I had was very clean and well maintained with a fantastic view. New bathroom. Very good breakfast with homemade cakes and excellent dinner with (if desired) a small wine tasting. Dog friendly. The valet service is unbeatable, you can hand in the key and the car will be driven away, which is a real relief with my van in the narrow streets. The only complaints are the hardness of the mattresses and the noisy rooms, but everything else was great. When I'm back in Montalcino, I'll only book this hotel! Highly, highly recommended!!

02/04/2024: We ate for Easter with an à la carte menu, we had a wonderful time, all the fish dishes were of high quality, on all the tables there was a slice of casatiello and a chocolate egg, great attention to the customer, we all felt pampered. The pastiera to finish top!! We will return for sure.
25/03/2024: Pizzeria and meat/fish restaurant among the best you could encounter. Beautiful and refined place
