Barbagia Ospitale In Belvì

Well located place at the entrance to the town. The room is large with a beautiful view of the valley. Normal dishes, nothing special, good products that can also be found in other restaurants. Service a little poor. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. The location is a little old-fashioned, but with a touch of modernity it would be better. Prices a little high..

Meeting point and more, reference to Belvì. Informal, welcoming environment, excellent food, excellent music... Everything perfect, stop for a quick business lunch, unfortunately I write because I would have liked to have had more time to savor the authentic Sardinian cuisine of this place. I would have liked to have had more time to converse with the very kind owner and listen to his stories and his many initiatives or offers to bring man closer to nature in a simple and genuine way. I would have liked to...but on the way out I promised myself that I will find the time and create the opportunity to return here with the right calm and the right appetite to honor the place and the cuisine 😉.

We came on very short notice (30min) with a group of 20, and the owner just created a wonderful menu with cold cuts/cheese, grilled meat with delicious veal and a very good selection of wine! Highly recommended for authentic and delicious food in this region of Sardinia!

Both the food and the owner are typical and authentic, as well as an excellent trekking guide. Advise !!

Siamo passati per caso davanti al ristorante e ci ha ispirato subito, a fine serata le impressioni sono state confermate e pure superate, ottimo cibo e porzioni abbondanti, gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di tutti, sicuramente ci torneremo per gustare quello che non siamo riusciti ad ordinare.

La vera Sardegna la si trova qui e questo è il posto perfetto. Bachisio è un padrone di casa che ti sa coccolare ed è senza paragoni, oltre che deliziare gli ospiti con piatti tipici, riesce a trasmetterti con la sua cultura e amore per il suo territorio la straordinarietà della Barbagia. Cibo al top e sicuramente ci ritorno per gustare il pranzo del pastore .Consigliatissimo

Ottimo cibo, saporito e genuino, in un ambiente autentico. Ero di passaggio in moto, durante il pranzo ho scoperto il dolce tipico del posto (delizioso!) e ho fatto conoscenza con altri commensali. I loro suggerimenti, oltre a quelli dell'oste, sono stati preziosi per il mio viaggio! Grazie.

Bachisio non è soltanto un oste con i fiocchi, ma anche un eccellente conoscitore della regione e della sua storia. Mangiare qui significa guastare le specialità locali immersi in un’atmosfera autentica e consapevole, circondati dalle montagne e da bellissime opere d’arte. Deliziosa la salsiccia sarda arrosto, una menzione speciale per le patate, coltivate localmente e tagliate spesse per la cottura, tutto un altro sapore. Tutti accoglienti e disponibili con i bambini. Davvero un posto speciale.

Bel locale all’ingresso di Belvì; molto accogliente e tranquillo. Ho mangiato con la mia famiglia e lo consiglio per la qualità del cibo, tutto freschissimo e abbondante ( ravioli buonissimi e carne gustosissima! Ottimi i dolci!) Il proprietario Bachisio gentilissimo e molto ospitale
