We found ourselves in this place by chance with some friends.
Excellent pizza, fish (in my case sea bream fillet) very good.
The desserts, to my taste, discreet.
The service was impeccable and fast.
Limoncello at the end of dinner offered by the house.

Perfect place. They have %100 gluten free options. Chef and personel are amazing. I am really suprised , Alessandria is small town and they have laboratorio. Thank you everyone come and eat here

Pleasant and warm welcome, slightly dated but well kept and clean environment. Friendly and helpful waiter. Honestly mediocre pizzas, the dough was almost biscuit-like, perhaps due to a leavening problem and medium-level ingredients. The Macedonia was served to me drowned in some liqueur which was not even mentioned on the menu nor declared by the waiter. I had explicitly requested natures. However, the others appreciated the desserts.

Molto buono il fritto misto e l'orata. Il dolce nocciolino era molto buono ma da mangiare in 2 (molto abbondante). Locale freddo come ambiente. Il menù non contiene le pizze (se uno non lo sa non le ordina). Orologio molto bello.

È possibile gustare pizze gourmet ottime e crearne una a proprio piacere. Il risultato sarà comunque ottimo.
È possibile gustare anche buoni piatti che potrete vedere creare dalla cucina a vista del locale

Cucina sublime e curata, ho mangiato un salmone selvaggio con patate e olive buonissimo e per finire in bellezza un semifreddo alla nocciola con cioccolata calda che è la fine del mondo 😍

La cucina a vista invita molto. Il menù ottimo e tutti i piatti sono disponibili anche per celiaci comprese le birre. Buonissime le tagliatelle ai funghi, anche la pizza da provare. Peccato non ci sia il vino della casa. Non ho provato i fritti, ma erano invitanti
