I only had pizza by the slice and I can't comment on the other things, but that one is very good! In particular I recommend the focaccia filled with sausage and stracchino

La Pasta Fresca

02/01/2024: First day in Florence and we called into explore the Central Market. So many food outlets. We wanted pasta so chose Pasta Fresca and was not disappointed. Freshly cooked pasta and wonderful sauces.
25/07/2023: En la parte de arriba del mercado hay una zona de restauración con muchos bares. Peeerooo... También puedes buscar este sitio en la planta baja, coger un plato de pasta recién hecho riquísimo y buscar un sitio para comerlo(en la planta de arriba, pasando los restaurantes hay una zona con mesas y sillas donde puedes llevar tu propia comida.
