21/03/2024: Many of you perhaps don't know that artisan bars still exist in Palermo, those where the staff arrives at 5 in the morning for preparation and which produce everything without using frozen or pre-cooked products. Then you stop here and find sweet and savory pieces, rotisserie and pastry shop, at lunch they serve express dishes where the pasta cooks for 10 minutes and not 4 because it's the way you cook it at home, you can choose from around fifty labels of wines, including foreign ones, and a large number of beers. What else can I add? I would say nothing, the rest is done by the kindness of the staff, the low prices and the generous portions. Stop by even just for a coffee, it's really worth it.
