Being a cheesemaker in Paris, this stop was obviously an obligation.
And what a joy to see such a beautiful store with a large original selection. The cheeses are good and rustic.
Also producers, they produce many cheeses themselves in addition to the Italian classics.
Also a charcuterie section and tables to sit.

Very nice place to enjoy cheese, cold cuts and a few pasta dishes. Our server was very knowledgeable and you could feel the care for good products.

I lived in France for many years, so i believe i know a thing or 2 about cheese...
I could see a few locals and regulars coming by so it seems to be genuine...
However, the lack of five stars is a reflex of the lack of transparency with pricing...
I clearly ordered the 5 cheese set, which was priced at 20 euros, and 2 glasses of wine for a total of 14 euros. Also added around 100 g of prosciutto (culota). Somehow, the bill came at 65 euros... this is a little bit sad to say the least...
Clearly ask your prices before anything. Other than tha5tit is worth it

Locale molto piccolo e tavoli scomodi, tovagliato inesistente se non posate e tovaglioli di carta in un contenitore a centro tavola. Personale efficiente ma poco socievole e in alcune situazioni troppo celere nel togliere 🍷 🍷 bicchieri ancora con il contenuto.
I piatti sono buoni e ben presentati così come i formaggi e i salumi. Attenzione quando vi consigliano i vini ( buoni)...chiedete sempre prima il prezzo per non avere sorprese in quanto non c'è la carta dei vini. Chiude presto (23,30).

Very good food.
We had: polenta with Blu, robiola fondue (of their own production) with walnuts and pears, accompanied by croutons.
Small, cute place.
The smell of cheese is strong but pleasant.
Nice and polite staff.
Prices a little high.

Uno scrigno nel cuore di Roma dove potete trovare l’esaltazione del gusto attraverso una degustazione di altissimo livello sia nella selezione di formaggi - tutti naturali e di una purezza ormai rara - che si vini naturali.
