We stopped for dinner, and were pleasantly surprised, great beers and great sandwiches! Super friendly waiter and you could see the passion for beers, he helped us choose what to try and what to pair with, and I must say very good choices!! We hope to be able to return! Brewery atmosphere, all in wood, in short, the place is beautiful too!

Beer will change the world. Brewery that has become historic in Milan, small but with a welcoming, convivial atmosphere and rock energy. There are many craft beers on offer, but I always end up choosing St'Ambroeus. Given the small size, if you also want to eat it is definitely recommended to book. There is some discomfort outside 😅 But not annoying.

Da Homebrewing sono rimasto semplicemente estasiato! Da buon ligure non amo le grandi città però verrei a vivere a Milano solo per poter venire in questo locale almeno una volta a settimana !!! 17 birre alla spina artigianali più quelle in bottiglia e lattina !!!!! Ho assaggiato, per iniziare, la Quarantot , una double ipa da 8% dal profumo di luppolo americano e il gusto dolcemente fruttato, senza eccessi. Poco gasata e di facile beva Ho continuato con la Magut una pils da 5% dal profumo erbaceo un gusto amaro e lievemente tannico e luppololato sempre lievemente gasata Ho terminato con la St’Ambroeus una strong Golden Ale da 7% dal profumo lievemente fruttato ma dal gusto amaro con note di caramello e luppolo… più tannica rispetto alla precedente. Purtroppo non ho potuto continuare perché dovevo guidare… perché le avrei assaggiate tutte !! Materie prime cibo: qualità alta, ricercate e abilmente cucinate Location: piccolo, molto rumoroso (ma ci sta per il tipo di locale )!! Personale: gentile, disponibile, super preparato!!! Margherita è fantastica veloce e anche se deve servire da sola tutti i tavoli riesce a dedicarti attenzione, professionalità e un sorriso!!! Prezzi: assolutamente nella media , direi bassi per la qualità servita sia del cibo che della birra Consiglio: aprite un locale così almeno in ogni città per renderci tutti più felici !! Per finire direi che tornei a Milano solo per venirvi a trovare !!! Bravi ragazzi continuate così e non cambiate !!!

Serata del Giovedì sera con amici, locale pieno ma subito ci hanno fatto accomodare, birra e panino davvero buoni, unica nota stonata il cameriere con l'orecchino al naso molto scontroso e poco simpatico
