Discovered at the beginning of the year, on the occasion of Veganuary and already visited 3 times in the last month, the Bistrot Popolare is a surprising vegan restaurant near the center of Brescia! I found all the cicchetti really good and I think the weekly variability of the menu is an excellent idea! A pleasant discovery even for those who do not follow a vegan diet thinking that it is less than satisfying!!! To try!

Ristorante informale con ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità. Scelta ampia sia onnivora che vegana con qualche opzione anche senza glutine. Personale disponibile e sorridente. Lista vini con tante proposte locali. In settimana propone un interessante menù pranzo di lavoro visionabile sulle storie dei loro social.

Premetto che è un locale con una duplice finalità, dato che si collega anche all'ambito sociale e lo fa eccellentemente. Hanno un menù 80% vegan veramente eccezionale, le dosi sono assolutamente corrette e il cibo è di qualità.... Il tutto con uno staff è cortese, gentile e simpatico. Ovviamente la qualità ha un prezzo, ma assolutamente accessibile e congruo con l'esperienza che offre. di sicuro tornerò appena possibile
