We were there for the second time and for the last time. The store has a parking lot and a nice terrace. The food is served quickly and tastes very tasty. The prices are reasonable. Unfortunately the staff is very unsympathetic by Italian standards...

the staff was kind and helpful in offering us a seat at the table despite the lack of reservation (book, guys! we were just lucky). there were 4 of us. I chose a starter, main course and dessert. I particularly appreciated the flavor and peculiarity of the beef tartare, it was a divine experience, the flavor of the meat delicate and simply perfect. I have never tasted a better tartare in any restaurant or in my life, it is easily among the most beautiful experiences of my life. The second course was also popular, I loved the taste of the rib and it wasn't over cooked and unlike others, who make it more cooked when you ask for it rare, it was perfectly cooked as I wanted. the environment was welcoming and the staff proved to be open and respectful towards customers, not at all rude. The owner seemed like a nice guy! we can see that he loves his business and knows how to carry it out, the place as well as the food is totally recommended, the price is worth the experience.

We were well received and served well.
We just had some cutlery changed because it was dirty.
The food is quite good, apart from a few flaws in the choice of some ingredients, and the side dishes, in my opinion, should be reviewed, not at all inviting and perhaps old.
The ribs felt too much like they were prepared beforehand, either boiled or baked I don't know, maybe one of their methods but I read Grill and I expected something else.
Good cut of beef.

My recent visit to Ristorante Bistrot Grill Da Pier in Sirmione left me with a blend of impressions, leaning towards a positive experience overall. Nestled in the charming streets of Sirmione, this restaurant tantalized my taste buds with its enticing wine selection and delectable appetizers, setting the stage for what I hoped would be a stellar dining affair.
The journey commenced on a high note with an impressive array of appetizers, each bursting with flavor and expertly crafted. The wine selection, meticulously curated, complemented the starters perfectly, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Moving on to the main course, I opted for the sea bass, which delivered a satisfactory yet not exceptional culinary delight. While the sea bass showcased promising flavors, there was a discernible margin for enhancement. Nevertheless, it remained a palatable choice that contributed positively to the meal.
However, the spotlight dimmed with the arrival of the much-anticipated €50.00 steak Florentine. While the flavor profile tantalized my taste buds with its richness, unfortunately, the steak fell short of perfection due to being slightly overcooked. Moreover, the presence of gristle and tough fats marred the otherwise promising dish, rendering it less enjoyable and detracting from the overall dining experience. Despite the culinary misstep, I remain open-minded and hopeful that it may have been an isolated incident.
Amidst the culinary highs and lows, one dish emerged as a clear standout—the risotto with porcini mushrooms. Rich, creamy, and bursting with the earthy flavors of the mushrooms, this dish elevated the dining experience and left a lasting impression.
While Ristorante Bistrot Grill Da Pier showcases undeniable culinary prowess, the experience was tempered by the steep prices relative to the meal quality. While I would consider returning for the exceptional appetizers and the memorable risotto, the pricing structure warrants reconsideration to align with the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, Ristorante Bistrot Grill Da Pier offers a culinary journey filled with memorable flavors and culinary delights. While there is room for improvement, particularly in the pricing strategy and consistency of dish execution, the restaurant's potential shines through, making it a worthy destination for discerning diners seeking a taste of Sirmione's culinary offerings.

Oggi qui da Pier abbiamo scelto di mangiare lo Spiedo non è la prima volta che veniamo in questo locale, si sta molto bene molto accogliente e curato
Pier è un vero padrone di casa, il servizio è molto attento non ti fa mancare nulla qui si mangia bene tutto di ottima qualità e fatto con molta cura, lo Spiedo era una meraviglia giusto di sapore e cotto alla perfezione si scioglieva in bocca ben servito con vera polenta e patate al forno, buoni anche i dolci sopprattutto la panna cotta con caramello all' Arancia ancora una vota complimenti a tutti grazie e alla prossima.

Immer wenn wir in Sirmione sind, besuchen wir dieses Lokal. Das Essen und die Bedienung sind sensationell. Wir hatten eine Vorspeise die auch prompt kam. Das Tartar ist exzellent. Als Hauptgang hatten wir eine "Extrawurst". Wir wollten von der Primi Piatti 2x Steinpilzrisotto und dazu gleichzeitig 1x Brasato. Dies wurde uns alles zeitgleich serviert und war köstlich. Wir werden hier weiterhin einkehren und die negativen Bewertung zu diesem guten und schönen Lokal sind mir unverständlich. Weiter so!
