The adjective sumptuous is suitable to designate the high quality of what is brought to the table in this excellent restaurant in the heart of the city of Teramo. Truly exquisite dinner, facilitated by the availability and courtesy of the restaurant manager in the choice of dishes and service. The cheese and egg balls accompanied by toasted bread proved to be a worthy start to the meal and the immersion of them in a very light but tasty sauce meant that the traveler activated the right final treatment consisting of the total slipper. To follow, the roast Teramo lamb with baked potatoes worthily helped the continuation of the dinner with great satisfaction of the palate. To close, the dessert delight with chestnuts managed to stay there, despite the high commitment of the previous courses. Half white house was the right corollary to the dinner. A bravo to the chef of the restaurant is the least that can be said.

Un pranzo tra amici si è trasformato in un'esperienza emotiva culinaria fantastica. La tradizione della cucina teramana permeava ogni portata, dall'antipasto al dessert. Il titolare è un maestro nell'accoglienza e nel consigliare il miglior vino accompagnatore. Alta qualità del cibo, ogni pietanza al palato fa partire un concerto sinfonico di sapore. Consigliatissimo!

Porcini,verdure,agnello in primis e tutto il resto ottimo.carne che si scioglie in bocca,porzione giuste x il prezzo ,direi abbondanti!! Forse attesa è border line,ma ne vale la pena,ci torneremo

Ho dovuto aspettare fino alle 14.30 perché non avevo prenotato.... Ma ne è valsa proprio la pena... Ho mangiato molto bene... E anche il personale è stato molto cordiale... Nonostante l ora tarda. Se capitate a Teramo vale veramente la pena fermarsi alla trattoria il borgo antico.

Siamo capitati in questo locale per caso. il proprietario ci ha consigliato piatti tipici locali molto gustosi. Ambiente confortevole e rilassato, sevrizio rapido e cucina di qualità
