Let's start from the venue... interesting location, simple but balanced, the real surprise was the innovative menu with respect for tradition, an interesting combination of procedures linked to the East and local flavours.
Raw materials of the highest level, treated with a pinch of madness, enhancing all the elements of the dish and not hiding them as often happens behind creators (butter, cheese, etc.).
The menu follows a seasonality so you can always find new proposals.
An applause to all the staff who, even if in my opinion and not only, we are talking about one of the best restaurants in the area, make you feel at home.

One of the best gastronomic proposals in the "lower" Bolognese area. In the dining room the service is very attentive and professional, but above all welcoming. In the kitchen the owner pampers you with traditional dishes made to perfection and also his own creations. The well-stocked cellar. In short, it's fine.

A month ago I had dinner with a couple of dear friends and I felt really good!
I know the chef for his Bolognese history and I found him here with a really interesting, varied and not obvious menu. You can also dine with a cheese tasting or a nice fish dish and a dessert. It's a menu that welcomes you and isn't just self-celebratory!
Personal? Smiling young man, very thoughtful and not anxious... what a sight!
It's also not a given to be able to have dinner calmly and entertain yourself a bit.
Thank you so much for the welcome and I remembered that I have to call you to book an evening with friends!
Ps: I didn't give it a 5 star just because it all seemed fake!

Beautiful reality in the historic center of Crevalcore.
The quality of the food is truly excellent, I tried the tasting menu which left me completely satisfied.
Meat and fish dishes expertly prepared by the Chef.
The staff is young and particularly kind and helpful.
Price certainly in line with the quality of the food offered.
Parking not far away outside the walls of the historic center.
I recommend everyone to try this restaurant, also very suitable for a romantic dinner.

Ambiente molto accogliente. Tavoli spaziati bene Avevamo chiesto un tavolo un po' defilato, visto che con noi c'era una bambina di sei mesi e c'è lo hanno fatto trovare in un angolo tranquillo, con tanto di seggiolone. Personale giovanissimo, gentile e disponibile a spiegare piatti e raccontarci dei vini. Scegliamo il menù degustazione con abbigliamento di tre vini, che si rivelano tre buonissime scelte da parte del sommelier. Benvenuti (molto benvenuti) dalla cucina, antipasti, primi e secondi di gran gusto e assai belli alla vista. Sapori decisi ma equilibrati. Alcuni piatti davvero da leccarsi i baffi e poi passare a piatto e pentola. Bravi bravi bravi. Carta dei vini non banale e con ricarichi ragionevolissimi.
