Handcrafted, juicy hamburgers and other dishes. The glazed onions are particularly delicious. I ordered a dark beer with it. Nice service from the owners. The prices are moderate.

Locale piccolo e curato con veranda esterna chiusa in inverno. Parcheggio esterno su strada. Personale simpatico e preparato. Cibo particolare e di qualita'. Lo straconsiglio.

Bella esperienza al centro di Bastia umbra, a 5 minuti dal relais Madonna di Campagna, dove abbiamo soggiornato: siamo stati al ristorante Bottiglieria dei F.lli Bovini. Gentile e bella presentazione del menù a voce del titolare, con prezzi molto chiari, che ci ha fatti venire voglia di carne.Abbiamo ordinato una bella fiorentina di fassona (circa 1.5 kg) con grigliata di verdure e patate al forno; in due abbiamo abbinato un bel Sagrantino di Montefalco di Perticaia.Soddisfacente e consigliabile sia per la qualità della carne sia per la gentilezza del personale.

Buoni gli strangozzi al pesto(anche se non li avrei uccisi con la burrata)la bistecca di fassona,buona ma non compatibile allo standard qualitativo di questa razza bovina,la carne era piuttosto dura anche se compensata da un buon sapore,il dolce buono.

Personale giovane molto alla mano e disponibile. Il pane dell'hamburger aveva qualche problema di lievitazione, ma la carne era molto buona. La veranda purtroppo ha un'acustica tremenda e soffre un po' gli sbalzi termici.

Adoro questo ristorante molto centrale e a Bastia Umbra per la qualità dei piatti proposti con un'attenzione particolare alla scelta delle carni. Tutti i sapori sono vicini alla tipica cucina umbra ma sanno coniugare tradizione e novità. Il loro tiramisù con pan di stelle è diventato un must. Bravissimi!

02/04/2024: Easter dinner, full from lunch but we couldn't miss this gem. Luckily we managed to find a place by booking a few days in advance. The restaurant is located in one of the most beautiful squares in Bevagna, in a slightly secluded street. As soon as you enter you immediately understand that you have entered a very characteristic place, all in stone, it seems like you have stepped back in time. We sit at a secluded table also because we had a small furry friend (so they couldn't give us better seats), the only flaw (perhaps) was that the cell phone didn't work. From the menu we read a good choice for all courses. We opt for 2 appetizers: lard and ciauscolo crostini and butter and anchovies crostini. After a very short wait we are served and we are amazed by the fact that simplicity always enhances quality. For the first courses we opted for homemade cappelletti with porcini mushrooms, very good, and the main dish for over 30 years: His Majesty "Gnocchi with Sagrantino Passito". I must confirm that the 30 years of trials and combinations behind us can actually be felt. They are really good, I hoped they would never run out. For dessert, a must cheesecake, which is also good.
