Great seven course menu with wine accompaniment at a very good price! You get the wines from our own production, which are really fantastic! You can buy the wines that accompany the menu directly there. Definite recommendation from me!

Firs day with new menue. Had to try 2 antipasti(!) - both scallops and aspargues to top score! And of course Marias tanjerin ragu is still on; always a pleasure! Not to forget - great selection on wines!

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever visited. The food is fantastic, and so is the service. I have been there multiple times, and each time I enjoyed both wine and food tasting. Highly recommended.

Our best experience in Piemonte! The Viberti wines (Barolos, Barberas, Chardonnay and Timorasso) were all amazing, and the local specialties: veal tartare, angels hair pasta… so fresh and delicious! A big thanks to Francesco, Claudio, the family and the staff for their skills and hospitality 🍷🍝✨

It was a wonderful discovery as soon as I entered given the care of the place I thought I would have paid a fortune but the prices are absolutely honest I had tajarin with ragù and cheek based on Barolo fabulous service I gave 5 stars only because it was not possible to give more who there He served and was very attentive but not intrusive. A truly wonderful experience. I recommend everyone to go there

Dopo una degustazione fatta e acquistato i suoi prodotti ne approfittiamo per prenotare la cena con la famiglia e amici. A parte il cameriere nessuno ci ha considerato e son rimasto molto deluso. La cena: Ottimi i tajerin e i plin Buono L antipasto Del vino non mi esprimo lo conoscevo già Buono il dolce ( le porzioni sono da rivedere) Manca il giro in cantina e poter acquistare i prodotti; na visto il comportamento non so se proseguo ad acquistare Viberi. Riproveremo nel 2024 chissà!!!

A small and traditional restaurant in Barolo. We went there for white truffle. I love the white truffle with vegetables which I never try in any other restaurant. We enjoy our lunch with Viberti barolo.

06/04/2024: An exceptional place we ate very well ravioli del plin Piedmontese raw meat risotto with castelmagno all very good. Friendly and nice staff I recommend it to everyone!!!!!!
24/03/2024: I only had the pizza and I must say that it is very good, cooked well and seasoned.

06/11/2023: As soon as you enter Villa San Carlo, you realize you are in a magical place. Paola, Carlo and all the staff are very attentive to the customer's needs, they are able to pamper you and give you a unique culinary and sensorial experience. The service is excellent, attentive, you can enjoy the dishes using all your senses. The rooms of the villa are full of history, translation and books. A unique place.
22/09/2023: What a wonderful experience staying with Chef Carlo at his villa. The meals were unbelievably wonderful and his wine pairings unbeatable. What a gracious host with so many stories to share. He made our vacation with his charming hospitality…and when he sat down at the piano ….🥹🥹🥹❤️
